Shipping & Processing Time

• Processing Time: Orders without a personalized video will be processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Orders including a personalized video will be processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days due to the additional production time required.
• Shipping Time: Under normal customs clearance, packages are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, with most orders delivered around 10 business days. There may be some delays in processing due to high shipment volumes at the logistics warehouse.
